DEALER POLICY
Return Policy:
Your art order is
packaged by skilled
professionals. It
will be thoroughly
inspected before it
is shipped. We are
confident you will
love the appearance
and quality of your
new fine art.
For that reason we
guarantee your
satisfaction. If
your purchase does
not meet your
expectation for any
reason, we will
allow you to return
the purchase. Please
contact us either by
phone or by E-mail.
Tell us the reason
for your
dissatisfaction and
we will attempt to
satisfy your
concerns. If you are
not completely
satisfied with your
purchase from our
company, you may
return it to us
within 10 days of
receipt of the order
for an exchange.
Please note that we
will also refund
your shipping
charges on returned
merchandise.
Additionally, your
art is guaranteed to
be free from defects
for a period of 30
days. If a defect is
determined, the
product may be
returned to us for
replacement or
exchange.
Retail Policy:
Infinity Fine Art
sells only wholesale
to retail Fine Art
Galleries. Some of
the principals of
Infinity Fine Art
also have ownership
interest in Retail
locations to whom we
sell art. We do not
sell art
reproductions
directly to the
public through
InfinityFineArt.com.
All retail inquiries
are referred to the
nearest retail
location currently
listed as “Retail
Locations”.
All retail galleries
agree to market Mark
Keathley, Abraham
Hunter & Infinity
Fine Art products in
a manner that
creates a favorable
impression with
collectors and
purchasers of the
art. All retail
galleries agree to
advertise Mark
Keathley, Abraham
Hunter, & Infinity
Fine Art products at
or above the minimum
issue price as shown
on Infinity Fine
Art's web site. No
Infinity Fine Art
product may ever be
advertised below
this price in any
media; including but
not limited to Print
advertising, Radio
advertising,
Television
advertising,
Internet web sites,
Social Media,
Brochures, Signs in
the gallery, and/or
Newsletters.
Infinity Fine Art
does not require a
retail gallery to
sell the product at
or above this
minimum price.
Regarding our
pricing policy, the
only requirement is
that the retail
gallery cannot
ADVERTISE below this
minimum price.
Infinity Fine Art
will endeavor to
keep from opening
retail locations in
very close proximity
to each other. Our
goal is to keep
Exclusive Galleries
at least one hours
driving distance
from each other as
determined by
driving directions
on MapQuest.com. If
a dealer does not
continue to purchase
at a minimum of
$20,000 per calendar
year, the territory
may be
given to a new
dealer without
notice to original
dealer in that
territory.
All retail galleries
agree to abide by
these policies now
and as they may be
amended from time to
time. If at any
time these policies
are amended, such
policy changes will
be posted on
InfinityFineArt.com.
Infinity Fine Art
reserves the right
to sell to whomever
we believe will
represent our
artist(s) in a
favorable light. If
it is determined
that a retail
location is not
representing the artist(s) in a
professional manner,
Infinity Fine Art
may at its own
discretion,
discontinue business
with any such
gallery.
Infinity Fine Art
maintains a
Dealer/Publisher
relationship with
any retail
location. Infinity
Fine Art reserves
the right to
terminate said
Dealer/Publisher
relationship at any
time without cause
or without notice.
Gallery locations
must be approved by
Infinity Fine Art.
No retail location
may list Infinity
Fine Art on their
website, or sell
Infinity Fine Art
product in any
retail location
without such
approval. Dealers
must be approved and
maintain good
standing to have
their locations
listed on
InfinityFineArt.com.
Once a dealer
reaches $20,000 in
wholesale orders
they will begin
receiving a 20%
discount off
wholesale orders.
In order to maintain
said discount, the
dealer must maintain
$20,000 in wholesale
orders in any
previous calendar
year.
