My girlfriend and I have visited Cades Cove a lot this spring. Traffic is frustrating at times, to say the least, but the bears and cabins and turkeys have been worth it! 

I compiled a couple of our adventures in to this painting titled “Spring in Cades Cove”! Nothing is as adorable as bear cubs checking out their spring home. These two have shimmied down a tree to investigate these big Tom turkeys. So far these guys are down on their luck in their hunt for a hen, but I’m sure they’ll take time to make new friends with the little inquisitive cubs. I thought I had finished this one and then decided to add the cabin. 

The purpose of my paintings is to make you feel as home and step inside them. So I hope this piece blesses you and fills you with all the peace and joy of spring.
